Returns and Exchanges Policy

Delivery

  • We deliver nationally within South Africa to physical addresses. Delivery will be charged for all orders and depends on your location. Fees range between R40.00 - R250.00 depending on your location and delivery service choice. 
  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of placing and paying for your order.
  • Delivery via our courier partner can between 2 - 5 days to reach you.
  • You will be notified via email when goods leave and are out on dispatch.
  • We endeavour to get your order to your door within the shortest possible time
  • No express delivery can be made over the weekend.

 

Conditions for Returns

In general, you can return an unwanted product provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
  • Inform us of the return by sending an email to Ambelpegasus@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.

If you receive a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but within 30 days after purchasing the item.

How to tell whether or not an item is defective:

  • The item has faults or damage not as a result of standard wear and tear
  • Damage was incurred before wearing the item
  • Although the item may have a suitable amount of production/ manufacturing imperfections, it is not still acceptable in accordance with usually acceptable commercial practices.

 

Returns Procedure

Send us a return request via email to Ambelpegasus@gmail.com within 14 days of you purchase. NB! No returns will be accepted without an official request. The following information must be supplied:

  • Your order number, 
  • Product code(s) of the item(s) being returned; and 
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred method of refund (voucher towards your next purchase, or refund)

 

No items will be accepted for return unless a return has first been arranged via email.

In order to make this as convenient as possible, the first return is free of charge, and we will organize for our courier partner to pick up the item/s from you if you reside in South Africa. We will not be liable for any courier charges taken by external partners on the customer’s own accord.

Once we have inspected the product and validated you return, we will process a refund/voucher for the purchase price. This process may take up to 30 working days. No refunds can be done in store.

 

Exchanges Procedure

  • Product code(s) of the item(s) being exchanged; and 
  • Reason for exchange

Acceptable reasons for exchange include:

  • The item has faults or damage not as a result of standard wear and tear
  • The original size ordered does not fit
  • The incorrect size, colour or item was delivered

No items will be accepted for exchange unless an exchange has first been arranged via email. Exchanges are only valid for items of the same value. In the event that the desired item is not available for exchange, a refund to the amount of the original item or an online credit voucher will be arranged.

In order to make this as convenient as possible, your first exchange is free of charge, and we will organize for our courier partner to pick up the item/s from you if you reside in South Africa and deliver your exchanged items. We will not be liable for any courier charges taken by external partners on the customer’s own accord.

All customers are to be made aware that the stock of all products on offer is limited. We will endeavour to ensure that all special offers on products will be removed once the stock becomes unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to the stock being sold out, you will be contacted either via email or per telephonic communication means and will be entitled to a reimbursement to the value of your original purchase price or an online voucher to the value of your purchase.
